Blogging Tips: Blog Services That May Be Of Use

Hello lovelies! It's nearly weekend again, yay!

Today's post is one for my fellow bloggers. Since I started blogging about two years ago I've come across many a stumbling block, usually to do with coding, adding widgets or any 'tech' related aspects of the blogging world. Luckily for me, Fiona from WishesHopesDreams has always been on hand to help and has taught me much of what I now know. If it wasn't for her I honestly don't know where my little blog would be right now. (Huge thank you Fiona if you're reading!)

It occurred to me that there may be other bloggers out there, floundering a little or even new bloggers who are just after a helping hand of their own. Hence why I've put together this post.

Maybe some of you have been contemplating jumping ship from Blogger and moving over to Wordpress?

If this is you but you're feeling unsure about the process, Fiona offers a fantastic migration service from £70 which I think is a bit of a bargain when you consider the time and confusion it'll save! Fiona is actually going to be doing my transfer when I'm ready to make the move.

Perhaps you have broken links that require fixing?

For £10 per hour, Fiona can identify and fix your broken links including any redirects if you've moved from Blogger to Wordpress.

Have you been asked for a coded blog button?

Many people give me a blank face when I say I need their blog button. For those that don't know... You see the ads in my sidebar? They're all individual blog buttons that will take you to the relevant blog/website when clicked on. Although simple enough to create, some people just don't have the time or inclination to do this, and some people just don't know how. Fiona can create your blog button for £10. Just provide her with the image and link to your blog.

Fancy a new template or change?

Not only did Fiona upload my lovely template but she also added the extra widgets I needed too. Cost is from £10 depending on what work you require so the best thing to do in this instance would be to email Fiona and enquire.

Too busy to tweet and your engagement is down?

For those of us who lead hectic lifestyles, Fiona offers services such as tweet scheduling. Tweeting is something that I have found increases my engagement tenfold and therefore is an absolute must. If you want to give scheduling a whirl but don't have the time or the know-how, then why not let Fiona take care of it for you? Try her for a day for £5 or book for a month at £40.

Lastly before I go, here's a snippet from the lady herself. Do let me know if you try out any of her services or if you already read Fiona's blog! :)

'Hi, I'm Fiona and I blog at Wishes, Hopes and Dreams, which is a lifestyle blog that has been running for the past two years. As well as blogging, I also offer various services for bloggers who don't know how to cope with things like code. I can install and customise blog templates for bloggers but the biggest package I offer includes the setup and transfer of a blog from Blogger to Wordpress. Wordpress is a great platform for bloggers as you have complete control over your blog and because it's hosted on a server, it really is your piece of the internet. There's a lot more freedom to make your blog look the way you want it. As part of my service, I get you completely transferred and ready to go on self-hosted Wordpress as well as being available for any support you may need after the fact. If you're interested or want to know more about the blogger services I offer, click here or email me at wisheshopesdreamsblog@gmail.com.'
