I love organising parties or events! I always have. There was a time when I really wanted to be a wedding planner. Guess it would tie in nicely if I ever did open a bridal shop hey?
Obviously when planning an event for a special occasion there are the main things to think about such as the venue, catering, music, decorations, invites etc etc. But what about the added extras that sometimes make an occasion?
If it's a birthday or hen party you could put together some 'adult' party bags. Each could contain fun bits, edibles and maybe something girly such as a beauty product. It doesn't have to work out costly if you shop in the right places and every guest loves a party bag! Another fun idea could be to set up a 'treasure hunt' style game. If you wanted to get really creative you could add a clue to each of the party bags. Of course there are plenty of other games you could play instead. They're always a laugh, especially when alcohol gets involved! :)
Something that I think makes every hen party memorable is personalised clothing or t-shirts. I see loads of these on Instagram and absolutely love them! I'd definitely have them for my own hen do - should that ever happen of course!
The fantastic thing about personalised t-shirts is that you can get as creative as you like. You could opt for the traditional 'Bride To Be' scrawled across the back, or if it was for someone with a sense of humour, you could always choose something a little naughtier.
Where Can I Buy Personalised T-shirts?
There are lots of places to choose from but if you're after your own personalised t-shirts and want to indulge in some awesome customer service then I recommend Printsome, a t-shirt printing agency in London. They deliver all across the UK with no minimum order. So whether you're after one customised t-shirt or thousands, Printsome are your 'go-to' platform that will allow you to design, customise and buy online. And don't forget, you don't have to be having a hen or birthday party. Whether it's a graduation, for a charity event or just for fun, personalised clothing is something that everyone can enjoy.
Have you got a special occasion coming up? Or perhaps you've recently been to an event and you all wore personalised t-shirts. I'd love to see photos! :)
Until next time...
