*This is a collaborative post*
It can be difficult to muster energy and motivation at this time of year and it's really no surprise. Post Christmas, the weather is wet and cold, the sky dark and gloomy, and the temptation to roll over and hit the snooze button every morning is far too great. Once we have dragged ourselves from the comfort of our beds, it's usually a given that the kettle will go straight on. Many of us can't function without that first cup of tea or coffee, or is that just me?
Likewise throughout the working day, we often rely on an endless supply of caffeine just to keep us going. But unfortunately when we drink too much coffee and the like, although we might get a lot done, we can also end up feeling jittery and on edge. My brother and I wrote a post just last year about this very topic after we were sent some supplements to review. We spoke about the benefits of taking just one or two Caffeine L-Theanine capsules a day such as improved levels of concentration and energy.
If you're someone who is into their supplements and are perhaps looking to increase your own productivity, then you might be interested in trying these vegetarian capsules. They give the kind of 'kick' you'd normally get after drinking a cup of your favourite coffee but minus the negative side effects. The caffeine and L-Theanine work cleverly together to give a boost whilst still invoking a sense of calm and you can rest assured that they're also 100% natural.
Please bear in mind that whilst I happily share my own thoughts on products such as Caffeine L-Theanine, I do highly recommend that you carry out your own research and read up fully on any product before giving them a try. What works for one person won't always work for the next. You can find these particular supplements on Caffeine Amazon.
